In 2020, I transitioned from being an IT engineer to becoming a Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant, driven by my passion for helping individuals evolve inside-out. I founded Evolve, a Soft Skills Training and Consulting firm, where I guide clients to become the best versions of themselves. My focus is on helping people present themselves with confidence and etiquette, ensuring they shine in both personal and professional interactions.
I’ve had the honor of being a guest speaker at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where I delivered a talk on “Power Dressing,” emphasizing how dressing plays a pivotal role in personal and professional success. I’ve also conducted numerous one-on-one and corporate sessions on dining etiquette, and regularly lead programs for fresh graduates transitioning into the corporate world, with clients such as Capgemini.
My work spans a wide range of clients, including women, young adults, and corporate professionals. I coach them on both their inner and outer image—working on soft skills, attitude, and appearances through personalized guidance on color analysis, style, wardrobe editing, personal shopping, and dressing for key events such as weddings and interviews. I’ve also facilitated communication workshops for teachers across prestigious schools in Mumbai.
Recently, I completed a Team Building Certification Program with Learners Conclave equipping me with impactful inbound and outbound activities to foster team collaboration and growth in organizations.
